The service is provided in a caring and sensitive manner, empowering you to make changes for the better, leading to a more fulfilling life. Encouraging you to explore and understand yourself, your thoughts, feelings and emotions providing you with the space and support to help you identify areas you’re finding difficulty with.

What to expect from your first session

You may expect to start thinking about the reasons that brought you to counselling, as well as the causes and consequences related to what you regard as an issue, along with your expectations of counselling.

Fees

Face to face (50 minutes)                        £45.00
Telephone counselling (50 minutes)        
Online counselling  'zoom' (50 minutes)   
Fees are reviewed annually with three months' notice of any increases.

Counselling sessions

Sessions will usually last for 50 minutes and normally weekly sessions are suggested to begin with. Counselling progress can be reviewed at any time. Brief notes of counselling sessions may be taken but will only be viewed by myself as your counsellor
